Many people are looking for clans. Many do not think, however, of the possibility of joining a clan where the Wii's elite gamer has been treasured and acknowledged. The Wii Troopers, a clan with over a year's worth of history and competitive gaming, are a well-recognized name throughout the Wii community as the top clan in Mario Strikers Charged, Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and now is your chance to join on the action by trying out for Mario Kart Wii.


To get an idea of how good we have been historically, think of it this way: In MSC and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, we are undefeated in wars and considered the best clan for each game; in MOHH2, we lost our first war due to having taken a war challenge before we were ready, but we won every single one after without fail and are recognized as the best clan for MOHH2. We have a long history of gaming proficiency that is not merely limited to our clan war records, however. In Mario Strikers Charged, we are the clan often credited with the invention of the trickster gameplay style. In Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, we were the first team to extensively lay out gameplay plans for each stage and use team communication to enhance playing ability. And in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, our players are seen ranking high at prolific tournaments, online and offline, in addition to participating in our clan-sponsored cash tournaments.



However, MKWii is a unique game. There are no secret tricks to winning or ways to avoid luck. While we are, at the time of this post, 6-0 in wars, we do not plan to be undefeated due to the luck factor. Our goal, however, is to minimize the amount of losses we may get through the luck factor by employing teamwork and improvement of each individual player's overall racing ability.

Still, the equation is not complete. Our Mario Kart Wii roster is not, and probably cannot be, absolutely perfect, and we are not afraid to admit this. We are looking for the high level player (1 star 9000 VR minimum) who plays daily, shows exemplary racing potential, is willing to work on a team, and is willing to work hard to achieve a win even in the face of luck. If you are this type of player, we implore you to try out for the Wii Troopers and help us once again lead our historic clan to victory.

We will probably war you sometime, probably once our MKWii division is more prolific (i.e. when we have 10 wins at least). We want to scale the "clan ladder" bit by bit as of now, but do expect a few words between us in the near future. :)

You'd be surprised at the skill of some of the karters here, mate

I'm aware that there are good karters out there, but the fastest TT times always come from bikers, and in general a bike user is theoretically better than a karter.

We are very competitive, and we NEVER take our eyes off our goals, and that is why we succeed.
