Hosting gives an advantage obviously, so this should be recorded with war results in my opinion. Can't be assed to write more about it though I could rant all day. Just wanted to see what people think about hosting...

The fact that you start in 1st. Regardless of blue shells, 1st is the best place to me 9/10 times... I have had many GPs where I go crap in the 1st race then well once I get a win as the next race I start at the front, meaning no bumping around/scrapping for position. It's possible to get leads big enough to handle blues...

I just think the hosting side should be noted, is all, I'm not complaining about anything =)

It doesn't have that big of an advantage to be complaining about it in my opinion.

It also depends on the course. I say SNES courses there are somewhat of an advantage, but the others there are a little to no advantage. Also don't forget about blue shells and turbo boosts. I don't think it really matters.

My bad I didn't see ur next post but I still think that if your a good racer you can keep up with the first place guy.

it is an advantage. so what? if you're having wars. swap hosts each time. this advantage will then level out over your wars.

this is why I said that the defending clan in the ctw should host. >_>
