I disagree with some of these things.

I fully disagree with this. My clan has 100+ members and in the past reached nearly 200 and trust me, no such thing as a "full clan" actually exists. Heck, we've even been called by hundreds of visitors as a great community of people who act as a family, because there are so many of us, we all get to meet people and just be used to each other.
Most people who visit my clan actually get to know each other pretty quick with some time in our thread, forum, or chatroom; so it being impersonal is no big deal.
The leader just has to learn how to make everything comfortable for everyone and how to build the clan so no one, or at least hardly no one, feels left out or not cared about.

Now THIS, needs a limit to be mentioned. I've been in this business for almost 2 years and I know that sometimes, music and games on a "website" don't work at all. First of all, auto-playing music.
Some people, heck most people, are
instantly turned off when they enter the page for a clan, or any website in general that isn't a music website, and music starts playing, regardless of what music it is. Trust me, its annoying and a MAJOR turn-off.
Also, music/games need to be known when to be regulated, and involving the members is always a good thing. If one person picks the music, chances are that a lot of people will have one/both of two problems with it.
1. Everyone is in the clan and wants to contribute, so not just one person, regardless if it is the leader or not, should be able to choose what games, music, etc go on.
2. Content is an important thing. If you put on bloody games or music where there are hundreds of bad words, you will lose various potential members, and NOT just kids. Sometimes even adults and teens don't like it for themselves and will leave if they see it in abundance.

I agree with this, but I have an issue that I suggest you mention. The line between co-leaders and leaders is a fine one, and many clans here break that.
First thing is, considering a co-leader AS a leader, aka the same power as the founder. This means that they have the exact same authority as the leader and can do what they want as well. Some clans just say "leaders", but its essentially the same thing.
When clans have multiple leaders or heads of authority, I've seen they almost ALWAYS fall. Here's why:
Power. People will have issues sharing power most likely and fights will erupt, either making people quit or dissolving the clan altogether. The other scenario is if one leader makes a decision without the other(s), fights will also erupt; as they are supposed to be equal leaders and such.
Like in my clan for instance, here's what I do.
I have two Co-Leaders, but that's a rank to us NOT equal to my own, leader. Sure they get most of the privileges I do such as making important decisions, leading in my absence, etc., BUT, and I know this sounds kinda harsh even to me, they know their place.
They know the true leader is myself and help out all they can, but respect my authority and don't beg for more power and begin to argue with every decision I make because it was without them.
What am I trying to say is; make sure a fine line between leader and co-leader is made; and that a clan does NOT have multiple leaders, as that almost NEVER works.
Nice guide though. :D
