Josh, you can be an allied racer, even though you can't join, could you still fill out the form? Same goes for Drybowser, who asked the same on page one.

What Vipey said, it might be hard to find good European racers on these boards.

That's not to say Europeans are bad racers (Infact, European Top 10s are far harder to get into than that of North America.), but many Europeans visit forums aimed for users of their language. :(
