Kong races race as any of the kongs and race only on jungles tracks.

Unless you count Maple Treeway, there's only 1 jungle course...so might want to allow DK Summit and GCN DK Mountain, and Funky Stadium for battle.

we could have a newcomer race only use char that havent been in any previous mario kart games

The bowser races where you can only race as Bowser and Dry Bowser and race track can only be the Bowser's Castle ones or Grumble Volcano.
