Because when the forum was hacked, it deleted everything after July 22nd. So the System thought you didn't do anything/ wasn't on since that time.

Because the database was recovered back to the 22nd so it thinks that was the last time you logged on.
The system thinks that nothing happened between the 22nd and yesterday to put it simple

As Gumbie said. Someone deleted all the content on the forum so Rex reseted it back to July 22nd data. Therefore, that has happened for you.

i got that aswell and my license was deleted
