I think the quick reply is a great idea, but having to click someone's quick reply button first is annoying. Maybe instead of activating teh quick reply, its already activated, and instead of the quick reply button in someone's post it could be 'Quote this in Quick Reply'?

That is strange. I use it so I don't have to burn up seconds clicking "Reply".
