You can lock the other threads, due to members complaining, I have copied & pasted the content of my other threads into one large thread, and I have also added more Suggestions & Opinions of mine.
1. Offensive Language Censorship
In my opinion, you should set up offensive language censorship here as many people use swear words in their posts, which is not very nice for many people, plus it makes the site look unprofessional.
This can be done by staff in a matter of minutes, very easy to implement.
2. Signatures
Signatures here are by far too big, a pain for dial-up users here (That's why I'm thankful I'm not on dial-up).
Also, it makes the site more cluttered than it already is, maybe limiting the amount of images per signature to 2?
3. Staff
In my opinion, to whoever administrates the site, should hire sensible, Mature Moderators & Admins who are experienced with forums, and know how to handle forums and member situations decently.
This forum looks like it's out of control, it may be wise for an Admin to seriously consider this suggestion and do something.
4. Ranking System
I think the Ranking System should be disabled, as members can abuse the system, and just leads to even more spam. I don't think it's healthy for any forum, I would disable it (But that's just me).
5. Disciplinary Action
From what I have seen on this Website, quite a lot of users are very immature (But I guess the average member age is around 11-13 Years old). Staff shouldn't be scared to add infractions or warn trouble-making Members, maybe banning is necessary in some cases.
6. Site Layout
Props to the high-contrast site, too bad for copyright images (Without even giving credit to Nintendo (From what I can see)). I think the site is too bright, and too boring, also lots of images are Pixelated and look slightly childish also.
Using an already pre-made template/skin instantly loses the Websites credibility, a custom made one is definitely the best way to go. (Add some fancy Flash or Javascript menus and objects if there are any staff who can code in these languages)
I think a nice, fresh, professional look could be created and used, maybe add a light grey background (grey goes with anything and contrasts well with text) and generally change the site's colours, looks & feel. Make it feel more inviting, remember, this is just my opinion.
7. Rules
Create a perma-link to the Rules section of the Website, with that in place, Members can be reminded to not trouble cause, and to start respecting others.
On the other hand (just had a quick look at the Homepage), actually enforce rules and stick to them. This should help ease the Chaos of what this site is going through.
8. Forum Descriptions
In my opinion, shorten down the paragraphs of text for each forum. It makes the site look cluttered, and isn't welcoming to guests/lurkers. One sentence can do wonders (You'll be surprised).
9. Spelling/Grammar Errors
Around the website, I have noticed various spelling/grammar errors for descriptions of Forums and other objects. This should be corrected in order to make the site more professional looking.
10. Member's Egos etc.
Many members have very big Egos because they seem to have some sort of Cult Following, this is what's causing most of the trouble. Just because some members are "popular", doesn't mean they can tell them to shut up, or get off the forum.
I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but all the more for someone to make changes to this website. What's wrong voicing my opinion? Besides what would a forum be without opinion?

Well, actually, I think this one pretty much sums up the answer to most of them:
You obviously haven't been around the forum very long, so quite frankly you don't even know what you're talking about. If you were a bit more involved in the forum instead of actively criticizing it, you'd realize it's not as bad as you're making it out to be.
Oh, and the answer to #9 is fleep.

WTF? "More professional-looking"? Who do you think you are? Please, get a life and don't try to criticize A VIDEO GAME FORUM LIKE ITS A 5 STAR RESTARAUNT. This place is fine the way it is. Most members are happy. Deal with it or leave. You can't get any more annoying then the way you are now. I can't get anymore blunt right now either.
