CSS is posts would just be extra, IMO I'd prefer CSS in profiles at the very least, since you could do really cool stuff with just that.

Yeah. I found trying to set up each colour, and each border was pretty difficult. Maybe just a 3 step rule. Border type, background, and font colour..
