I set this background up ever since my laptop's screen broke (had widescreen resolution before). Apologies for the icon mess.

You push print screen when you've got focus on the desktop. Then put it in paint or something

Look at your keyboard. There should be a [PrtScrn] button or something like that around (PrtSc in my case). Press it once while the desktop is shown, then open your image editor program of choice (MS-Paint for example) and use the Paste command. Your desktop snapshot should show up afterward, just save the image and upload it. ^^
