Uh..Im not sure what forum this is ment to go under but nergh...


I have just started graphic designing as part of my schools second semester ciriculum, and my drawings/doodles/ect.. are kinda crappy compared to other peoples, so I was wondering if anybody could gimme some advice!

Wow, this is kinda vague. My advice would be to practice a lot, definitely. Over time you will hopefully start to develop your own style. Your work will also improve over time, because you have gained a lot of experience and you know what looks good and what doesn't.
 
Wants to be the first ever person to create sigs and banners on microsoft publisher!

I am no pro, but I think what would really help you, is to download brushes. Also, try to bluring and lighting things. It really makes sigs alot better.

Listen to what they teach you, and utilize it in practice :)

My Suggestion is get a Tablet and a GFX Program (GIMP, Photoshop, etc.). Pratice and color on there... you just have to keep practicing mate.
