From what I hear, this site is pretty much falling apart, from one fail admin to another inactive one, but I believe that ReInspired knows what he is doing, or at least is somewhat active. In any case, if you are interested in selling or giving the site to new authority, I am probably interested. I run a fairly successful ssbb forum:
brawlfriendcodes.com

Let me know, whatever you decide (msn; d-d-m at hotmail . com ). I'd also probably be willing to merely shape this site up, considering just by looking at the terrible layout, that someone with even decent php/coding experience is needed. And of course, even on my own site, I've grown very close to all the members through being active and updating the site almost daily u .u~

Anyways, thanks for hearing me out, and apologies if this was not the correct place to ask. ^_^

This site is fine. The last thing we need is to give the authority of this site to someone who isn't active.

If we were to have a new admin, it would be MANDATORY for that person to be active.

I can understand why you'd be hesitant to hear out someone who you've never of or seen before, which is why I showed you the site which I've, through effort and activity, made into a very close and great community. I was merely saying I'd be willing to give the same effort here, or, at the worst, buy this site from the owner and do it myself. ; )

How can someone who isn't active within the community benefit the community. If you wanted to do such a thing, you should become active in this site. You should become familar with the members here. That is what makes a good admin. The only qualification cannot be that you have a successful site. You must be known in the community. You must be active.

If you were a promising client looking to purchase some property, I don't think it would come off very well if a seller insisted you live with them until they trust you enough with their home. The mere idea that you'd insist I devote so much time to be active here until I've earned admin-worthy trust is just ludicrously silly, given some of the past ownership. But again, I also realize one persons opinion doesn't represent a community. ; )

This isn't just property. It is a community. You aren't looking to purchase a piece of property to where ONLY you and your family will be living at. This is like becoming head of a community of where people will continue to live.

It is the same concept of wanting to become Mayor of a city. We don't just elect someone who has been hiding out in their basement and only comes out into the community once in a great while. We elect someone who is an active member in the community.

And I know these aren't just one members views. We dont allow people to become mods unless they are active within the community. Why would we allow someone to become even a higher position without the same kind of requirements? That is ludicrous.

Lmao @ this. If you want to buy the site, email Rex giving him a decent offer. I believe the price would be in the thousands seeing as it is hosted on a private server and everything...

Yeah it does. After what happened with Rex, only an idiot would choose to sell the site to just anyone, especially considering you've already broken a rule by advertising.

I'm not trying to argue or cause any conflict, in fact I was actually trying to resolve things and make them better. But I find it just slightly hypocritical that you all think activity is important, when the owner of this site has not even logged in for FOUR months... that's 1/3 of an entire year, not even bothering to log in. Upon seeing this, I figured a proper owner, who just wasn't taking you all for suckers and hoarding vip/ad money from new members, may be a nice change. u .u~

@+gh.euantor; if you could toss me his email via pm, that would be excellent. Thanks ^__^

sidenote/joke; I guess by the time Rex even sees this thread, it will be around 2016, so maybe I should just create mariokart<nextgamename>.com now ^^;;;
