Requirements for Oracle Elites:
1. Two Star & near Three-Star Ranking.
2. *VR9000+.
3. **Skype is mandatory.
4. 2-4 GP Tryout.
5. Some war or GTT experience helps.
6. Do regular Time Trials.
7. Participate in OTT, GTT, GIT. Post here & in Oracles Forum. Be in the Oracles chatroom regularly.
*High VR & triple-star ranking help to get 150cc tracks in WW & wars.
**Communication is an important key to winning!
