1. In Pearl, you can't catch an Arcanine, let alone a shiny one, in the wild at all.
2. Pokemon don't just go from level 1 - 100 with 1 level up. Lol.
3. Pokemon also don't get 80 ribbons just like that either.
4. Arcanine definitely can't learn Hydro Pump.
5. It is almost impossible that this was a glitch, and the only other way this could happen is if someone hacked the game, used an action replay, etc.
Now, you say you didn't hack or use AR or whatever, so is it possible that one of your friends did behind your back or something? It's the only realistic conclusion that anyone can think of, other than your game may be damaged or something.
Oh and you never answered my other question. Why do you prefer Pearl over Platinum?

Ok I really dont know how it happened so if you dont believe me thats fine. And also I prefer Pearl because All of my Good Items and pokemon are in Pearl. I beat Platinum and everything extra. I just play Pearl now.

This is very hard to believe, and I don't even think pics would help, because we're all going to assume you own an Action Replay. It's the only way I see it happening. I use my AR a lot on my Pokemon games, not for things like this, but other reasons, and there is no other possible explanation.
