This is very hard to believe, and I don't even think pics would help, because we're all going to assume you own an Action Replay. It's the only way I see it happening. I use my AR a lot on my Pokemon games, not for things like this, but other reasons, and there is no other possible explanation.

I battle Wi-Fi alot. So maybe I battled an Action Replay or GmaeShark user and they messed up my Game. Maybe this is a Missingno sort of thing.

EDIT: Plus if it was a hack you cant use Action Replay pokemon online right? Well I can use this Arcanine online.

Battling an AR user online has no effect on YOUR DS. As I said, you hacked.

I think there is some kind of hacking involved, because I don't think fire pokemon can learn water attacks.

You can use Pokesav'ed Pokemon online.

In DPPt, you can only get a Missingno through using an Action Replay. I've already told you what I think.
