Chapter one:The assassination

It's 1pm and President Toadsworth is about to take the stand. Meanwhile, his wife Toadswortha, is still dressing up in Peach's castle inside her room. Then, she saw a dark figure looming outside her window. She quickly dresses up, ran downstairs, and told one of the red guards that she saw a dark figure. The red guard look suspicious and told her not to worry, it's just in your head madam. The dark figure was dressed up in a red and green armor.

The figure finally climbed up to the rooftop of the castle. The figure then took out a bow and arrow. President Toadsworth was giving his speech about him ending the Mushroom Kingdom war and wining his second term election against Bowser J.R. Bowser J.R. is a member of the Koopa Shell party and Toadsworth is a member of the Mushroom party.

The figure took dead aim at the president's head. Toadswortha came outside and tells the president to get back inside. The figure quickly fired the arrow and hits Toadsworth in the back of his head. Everyone in the crowd scream and ran in every direction, tripping and falling all over the place. Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi quickly ran to the tragic scene. The figure accidentally drop the bow and arrows and vanished before anyone could spot the figure. end of chapter 1

Chapter 2: The Tragic Investigation

The president drop dead onto the floor.Once Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi were at the spot where the president died, Mario found a bow and arrows. Mario saw something attached to the bow. Mario showed it to his pals, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi."It's a letter!" said Luigi."It says whoever reads my letter will know why I killed the president. I was one of the commanding officers for the Koopa army 5 years ago. Toadsworth was a commanding officer of the Mushroom army.

I had a wonderful master who taught me everything a good commander would do. At the end of the last battle which was at Mushroom town, I was injured. I saw my master fighting one on one with Toadsworth. In the end, Toadsworth stab my master in the chest with his sword. That's how my army lost. Sincerely,(insert name here).

Toadswortha was trying to keep her husband alive, but it was no use. The whole Mushroom Kingdom police squads came to the scene and restored order to everyone. The mushroom ambulance came and took the president to the hospital. The red guard that talked with Toadswortha was no where to be found.The detectives came to ask Mario and his gang some questions. Mario said,"Now is not the time to answer questions." end of chapter 2
