How do you get those sigs/tags with all the info, and the character you use?

They use Gimp/PS/or Jasc Paintshop Pro to make their graphics.

I know, I too use to do graphix. Look at my current sig. I use to be intermediate aswell, on a high end forum for GFX. I just wanna know, could someone make me one? Becuase they all look the same.
