This has to be Kawaiis.. Even though its a bit 'over painted' its a good, but yet little random, signature (random, I mean the possitions), think it could've used some black, or some other darker colors, because it looks a bit messy.

Toad rules is in my opinion just a little blurred render, with a copy of it on top, and a gray background?
