OK as per the title this is the sig i've ever made .... yes i know its really crap and plain .... btw i'm using 'Adobe Photoshop elements 5.0'

lol the thing is i don't know how i got the back ground ..... i random put layers on .. bu ti remeber hwo to get teh water makrs on it use the paint brush lol
