Inspirational GFX Thread - Mario Kart Wii

This is a thread to post GFX that inspires you. I've decided to make this thread in hope that it will help you all strive to become better, try new ideas, and inspire others to do the same. I see threads like this on MANY gfx forums and I wanted to bring one here as well to spark your creativity.

Some Rules:
-do NOT post your own GFX, if it is truly inspiring others will post them.
-please try to limit your spamming in this thread, it's meant for you to post sigs and other graphics, not for you to spam "zomg datz amzing" after every post.
-if possible please try to do your best to give credit to the original maker of the GFX you post.

i dont really have a set of random tags with people's name on them. i rather look for people and their styles which inspire me.
First up is Fury, met him here, and love his stuff, he definetely isn't pro, has things to work on, but to me, he is very inspiring:
