Help I downloaded Photoshop for nutting yday. No big money spending and it works i can tell you that and i have no idea what im doing XD

i am trying to make pictures bigger and smaller with no idea how

I have just mastered the wat of moving images around the page sort of and i need help

As i fail at this photoshop stuff if anyone is interested in making banners etc and everything plz post and VM me
