First of all, you should look around the whole stage (if the stage you chosen is big) to find the hazards, then start your training with the CPU on Stop and once you knocked him/her you put them on attack mode (Level 7-9 are best prefered).

i always play with 3 cp lvl 9s i doint win all the times but i win so much thats a good training

I train with one level 9, but that is a good idea playing with 3.

I like to train with 3 level nines with no items on Final Destination.
