He doesn’t use kicks because of his legs of course! It’s the Wind Waker hero Toon Link!
Toon Link pretty much plays the same as Young Link did in Melee, except with a few added features from Wind Waker.
Toon Link's Special Moves
Standard Special Move Bow, DC: 12% Fully Charged
Notes: Charge it up for more damage
Side Special Move Boomerang, DC: 8%
Notes: Tilt the control stick to angle the boomerangs path of destruction
Up Special Move Spin Attack, DC: 12%-20%
Notes: Charge up for more damage
Down Special Move Bomb, DC: 6%
Notes: Has a bigger range than Regular Link’s bombs.
Final Smash Triforce Slash, DC: 80% at Least
Notes: Toon Link throws a beam of light(Maybe a light arrow?) and starts slashing the opponent multiple times. Unlike Links, this is not a one hit KO right off the bat.
Pros
• Attacks come out fast
• Many good projectile attacks
• Up and Down Smashes are quite powerful

• Grab has good range
• Downward Stab can be very powerful

• If grab misses, leaves him vulnerable
• Light-weight, so attacks make him fly farther

Meteor Smashes:

Strategies:
As stated from above, TL’s A attacks come out really fast. I would over flow your opponent with arrows, bombs, and your boomerang. Then come in for the kill with your Mini-Sword of death. Also you his Downward Meteor smash to score consecutive on your opponent.
Techniques:
Try to use your bombs to recover. Press B+Down, then just keep you bomb in your hands and try to recover. The bomb should explode in time for you to get back up onto the stage. Also, you can use TL's grappling hook to try and latch onto the stage for a last ditch effort to recover.
My opinion:
Possibly the funniest character ever to come into the Smash Bros. Series right next to ROB. He is fast, his facial expressions make you giggle. Love this guy.
Recommendation:
Intermediate, though his B moves are easy and simple to use. His A attacks are much more different. You might be use to slow attacks and not quick ones like TL’s. Especially his A Down in midair. Very useful, yet very dangerous at the same time. You could try to meteor smash your opponent but totally miss him/her. If you miss then you can kiss your butt go bye.
