~Rules While Brawling~
No Lag:
When there is no lag in a match, including no delay in moves, the following rules apply:
*If there is a life lost at when they have under 30% damage then the match must start over, this will be done when any life is lost but does not apply if the attack thrown to get them off, or a toad stool jump is preformed.
With Lag:
*If there is a life lost when under 30% damage then the match must start over, will also be done if there is a toadstool jump done.
