As much as I advocate Birdo she was not deserving of being Brawl.

Also, Birdo is NOT a Yoshi character. Birdo is a Mario character. Now I know that Yoshi really doesn't deserve his own symbol, but Birdo has absolutely no relation to Yoshi outside of spin off games which don't really say anything.

I just don't find this topic necessary in the first place. It's just another place for more Birdo bashing, and I'd bet it was just created for that.

We don't see topics like this for all of the other characters that didn't make it.

He (she?) probably would be a clone of Yoshi, so no, I prefer she (he?) out. The same with Daisy.
