The best Down A is Link's. No doubt about it. And these are just people's opinions. Lol. The first time I saw this, I though it said "bust a move in the air". Lol!

Toon Links, powerful (not as powerful as Links though), can spike and can lead to combos (at the right %)

Meta-Knight, Lucario and Ganondorf have very good ones, but I think the best would be Peach's dair because it's her main damage racker and leads to lots of other things.
