I'm stopping the rate the character becuase it's hard to handle two polls at once. Anyway, I like Snake's Rocket Launcher the best. It's good to home in on opponents and guide it towards them and blow it up.

Well, lucario's side B can chaingrab. Overally I'd say snake's, though, since he can deflect projectiles and screw people up while they're offstange.
