Meteorsmashes are usually defined as something that has a largely noticable downwards knockback. There are some attacks like Pikachu's up air that seem to make people go a small distance in the "/" direction downwards, however I don't think people would call them a meteorsmash. Most meteorsmashes are really easy to identify, like the 2nd half of DK's forward air, Ganondorf's down air or Lucas' back air. Some harder to notice ones are Diddy's side b, as well as Kirby and Fox's down air. Which all have a significant downwards knockback.
Maybe I'm wrong about the exact definition.
Ok, thanks. I needed help.

I nailed Meta Knight online today as Cpt. Falcon. I used a B-Side on Final Destination while Meta Knight was trying to recover and I owned him. It was awesome! I ended up winning, too!
