But Dial-Up and Proxy's can hide the IP and change it constantly.

So I have a hunch we'll have some cheaters...

Don't worry. I've been a tech nut for some time now so we can easily spot any cheaters and eliminate them from the site quickly. And I do mean quickly without a chance of explanation.
