You would have to hold several tournaments, and then take the winners of each, and put them in a tournament, and so forth. have a huge single or double elimination tournament.

24: 6501-9999.
Round 1: GP for each 24.
Round 2: Top 12 of Each 24 will have 2 Balloon Battles & 2 Coin Runners Each.
Round 3: Top 6 of each 12 will go through to this round; Star Cup GP.
Round 4: The Top 3 in each group will Race on The Special GP.
Prizes given to 1st places.
Final Round: The Champions will race, but, the High Class and Middle Class will be set to Auto.
Grand Prize Given to the winner.
