Lol @ the Red Rings comment. The newer 360s use different chips (I believe their known as "Jasper", but I'm not sure) mean RRoDs don't really happen any more.
Technically, the PS3 is more powerful too. However, developers are yet to utilise the full extent of the power available. This is partially due to the costs of creating games on the hardware.
Microsoft, however, is trying to make it as cheap and easy as possible to make great games for the 360. Heck, I could go create a game now and get it up for sale on Live using XNA.
