My best match ever I seen is football at Liverpool FC v Ac Milan in UEFA Champions League Final 2005 in 25th May 2005. That match is greatest football comeback ever in history.
Ac Milan are leader 3-0 up at Half-time. But Liverpool FC making it 3-3.In extra-time, Jerzy Dudek made great double from Andriy Shevchenko. And still 3-3 in extra-time. And then it is penalty shoot-out. Ann Liverpool are leader 3-2 in penaltly shoot-out. And then last penalty, hero Jerzy Dudek made a save from Andriy Shevchenko. Liverpool FC won penalty shoot-out to became fifth time champion of European.

I take it your limiting this to football right?

If yes, then the 1999 Champions League final between Man Utd V Bayern Munich.

If no, then an NBA match between the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs, where Tracy McGrady scored 13 points in 33 seconds to get his team the win after being down about 10 points with only around a minute left.

Champions League 2005 Semi-Final PSV Eindhoven vs. AC Milan 3-1
PSV played so offensive, Milan had no chance to win.
Off: I didn't choose this because I'm fan of PSV Eindhoven, but it's just the offensive play against one of the European top teams.

Apertura 2006 Final Guadalajara 2 -1 Toluca

That was one hell of a match, in the first match in Guadalajara the score was 1-1, Toluca started winning 1-0 in the first 30 minutes and it looked like Toluca was going to win because of the extremely defensive playstyle of his Coach Americo Gallego but in the second half Chivas made an epic comeback with goals of Fransisco Javier Rodriguez (right now in PSV Eindhoven) and Adolfo Bautista (we miss him...) and we got our first championship in almost ten years...ahhhhh what a great day

In international games, UEFA Champions League Semifinal 2008 Chelsea 3 - 2 Liverpool, that was an epic match.
