As you mentioned, there are some people that I love endlessly online. These are the people I will text, call, add on myspace, email, or something like that. Then there are others that I also love, just am not as close to.

I believe that some online relationships/friendships can be something truly wonderful. I have some online friends that I can't wait to talk to again.

In fact, my fiancee and I started off as online friends who lived over 200 miles apart from each other. Now we are engaged and have lived with each other for a couple years. Some online friendships can turn into something great.

I used to think they were jokes , I was like "lolnamesontheinternet" then starting last year I realized you can actually build some actually good friendships (and even love?) relationships on the internet

internet is just a medium , there are still humans behind the monitor :)

Not that important for me, I probably talk to a few from time to time.

I have very bad experiences with Friends online, just stopping talking to me, and then blindly ignoring me, and then the worst part shows up...

That i was basicly just another timekiller for them and not a friend, cause they believed i wasn't real at all...

I hate most people near where I live. I dont mind the people I talk to online, so im happier talking to decant people rather than braindead idiots. (hates England)

Although I haven't actually met someone IRL from this site, I have some very good online friendships with people like you (:3) and Toad Warrior.

But like DirtyD said, online friendships can turn into somthing great, but on the other hand, it might not like Flammie pointed out.

I have friendships with people I met from this forum and I value them loads. But they're also painful :(
