In Melbourne, Australia's biggest race meeting is the Melbourne Cup. It's a 3200m horse race with 24 horses. Everyone in metropolitan Melbourne gets the day off and watches the carnival.

So, who do you think is going to win? I think Master O'Reilly will win. He's a bit far out in barrier 15 but he ran a good Caulfield Cup and came 4th in last year's Melbourne Cup.

OMG my mum picked the winning horse, Shocking!!!!! We won money!!!!! Master O'Reilly got 4th again. Not a bad run, but I don't get money for 4th.
