For some reason, I suddenly remembered Buchan. The old thread announcing his unexpected death is locked by now and I never had the chance to express my personal condolences.

It was very sad news to hear, he was one of the very few blokes around here that I fully respected. He was kind, mature and always dignified. Four months later, he's still not forgotten.

For those who do not know who he is, he was the leader of Team Scotland and he died halfway through February. If this thread is in the wrong place, I altogether don't give a crap. Amidst the clan section, where he was most active, seemed like the right place to give this small contribution.

He was a great guy and this was such a shame when i heard about it. Team scotland always raced with honour and they were one of the most respected group of people around.

It was a huge shock to find out, because I had seen him on mario kart maybe a week before.

I could tell he was a great guy from the little bit I saw of him.

Clans I've been in never had really meaningful relations with Team Scotland, but I'm sorry to hear about it just the same. I can't imagine how I'd feel if one of my good friends from my clan or former clans actually died. Truly, you have my sympathies.

Did a forum member pass away? I never heard of this person (guessing he was well known around the clan section) but this is really sad. How did people find out about this? I'd think if I died, no one here would find out other than me suddenly disappearing..........

I was in Team Scotland and already posted on his other thread but have to say R.I.P again.
He was a great racer and leader of Team Scotland and he couldnt have a bad word to say about Anyone
