3 stars do take quite alot of time to get but arent particulaly difficult

whereas 9999 u can get quickly but keepn it is the most difficult part as 1 mistake can make u lose precous points

3 stars is harder so id say 3 stars

I'm too lazy to get 3 stars. i'll do it sometime though.

one could say that 3stars are better, but you only race computers and not an actual competition.
one could say that 9999vr is better, but there are hackers that can easily get 9999vr

i guess you could just add yoshi fart and there is you 9999vr
