So my school competed in the NYSSMA music festival today! We played three pieces, which we did very good on. The judges gave us good scores, and when we returned to school at around 11 am EST, we found out we came in 1st place! We were rewarded with a plaque and a trophy to keep in the band room! I will be competing in the NYSSMA solo festival next week, wish me luck!!

No time for a big blog xD

Well, I just LOVE this time of year. Everything is all cheerful and green, it never gets old. Every year my family attends a neighbor's St. Patrick's Day party, which is held in a small house with 150 people and 25 kids. Chaotic yet fun.
