So last night I went to the Sleigh Bells concert and it was freaking amazing. I never jammed so hard in my life. The first opening band tho... They were like some shoegaze/experimental duo, and they looked like they haven't taken a shower in weeks. They kept smashing all their equipment and had a screen that had landscape imagery with the lyrics to the songs they were playing. The lead singer just kept on looking at the screen. They were just... weird.

So it's almost been a week since I got this and it's just so damn good and addictive. Been a fan of the franchise since I was at least 7 or 8 and it certainly does justice to it. Story mode is alright, but the online multiplayer action is to die for.

In other news, Sleigh Bells' new album comes out tomorrow and of course I'll be getting it. I don't get the hate on their SNL performance though. >_> And on Friday I'll be getting my tickets to see Marilyn Manson, so I'm really...

So I just listened to it again, for like the 5000th time. And I must say, this is easily album of the year for me and one of her best work to date. The only complaint I have is that I wish some of the songs were longer. Other than that, I like every single song and the album as a whole is incredible and amazing. I tried as hard as I can to not download the leak but I freakin' caved in. xD

Standouts for me were: Solstice, Dark Matter, Crystalline, Hollow, & Moon.
