Two blogs in less than a week? Whoa, something's not right here! :o
Anyway, two things to say, one online related, one offline:
1. I really like how the Peer Mediation has been going in the right direction and proving all those nay-sayers wrong. More and more people have been posting their problems becuase they realise that the team is so supportive. Pretty much all of the team is proving themselves.
But, I can't help but nitpick a little...
You see, most of the members are American - This means most of the topics have been posted in the evening... But for people in European timezones, that's into the early hours of the morning. So it seems to be a routine - The American PMs are getting the first say on everything, which leaves European PMs with not much choice but to repeat what everyone else has already advised.
It's not that that's a bad thing at all - It's just that it means certain people never really get a chance to express their advice without referring to what's already been said.
Still, it's in early days.
2. So, on the 20th September last year, I said this in one of my blogs:
Well, I'm now chuffed to announce that I'm talking to a girl I'm interested in. Here's hoping it works out. :D
Love you all. :)

I'd love having a girlfriend. But, at the moment, I need to focus on my coursework and GCSE's... But once they are over, I'm gonna put all my effort into finding one. :)
Love you all. :)

Yeah I know the timezones are a bit bleh bleh, but just know Speck its never too late to reply to anything and give out your advice. So don't be afraid and go for it!
On another note, I'm very glad that you're talking to someone you're interested in. That's so cute! I hope all goes well, because you're a very nice young man. And I hope that something happens for you, good luck!
