Ok hum firstly, I'll point out what instantly grabbed my attention:

"Fintan said "It was Wario's idea!"
Auron said "You were the one who touched it first. Come!"
Fintan asked "What about Wario?"
Auron asked "Wait! Do you guys happen to be the ones who stole the other cursed diamond too?"
Wario asked "You mean this one?", and took out a black diamond.
Auron said "Yes. Who happened to be the one who touched that one first?"
Fintan said "Wario."
Auron said"

and it just goes until the end of the chapter. If anything, and if you don't feel like typing the description of the environment around the chars or their physical/emotional reactions to each's dialogue, which I strongly believe you should, just don't type Fintan said, or Auron said 100 times.

Just do like this:

"What about Wario?" Fintan stressed, a worried expression being drawn in his face, etc etc.

Get what I mean? Don't repeat the same word so many times, and give life to dialogues by attaching some visible description.

Another thing, you make the action run way too fast.

I won't quote but for example, when Fintan is caught by the police, there should be more drama. Maybe some sarcastic dialogue to turn the police officer upset like you wrote he did. Maybe some description of how Fintan was feeling, his body shaking from the unexpected event, I don't know, it's really up to you.

Saying like you did like: "Fintan was caught and then the police asked and he said I'm out and just ran."?
I mean, if there was such an uproar, shouldn't there be more police? If you wanted to make Fintan escape, why not add some fighting scenes?

Another thing, this is less technical but you kind of ran totally away from Auron's personality, he's not the guy you described. He's a bit more cynical, less bossy and less fast paced.

Other than the criticism I made, the story feels compelling, so keep it up!

There is a meaning for wings that cannot fly!
It's a precious memory of when you once flew in the sky.
