MKW: Political Bloggers

We are gathering interested people in creating a group political blog with recruits from MKW. Our goal is to create a blog of diverse authors across the political spectrum to write about political issues and current events. The serious discussion/debate forum is going formal!
Here's how it works. All bloggers are encouraged to use whatever blogging tool or website they wish. We will use this thread as the common room in a big "blog collaboration", and all the blogs will link to and be linked from this thread. It's sort of like a shared apartment where everyone has their own room, but there is a big common area.
All suggestions and volunteers are welcome, but please consider potential your long-term involvement before jumping in! To start off, we'll probably do just the blogs, but a separate forum or chat would also be interesting in the future.
Potential bloggers are encouraged to check out this quiz and use the results as part of your blogging profile, which I will create in this thread at your discretion and which you should elaborate on in your blog.
The above test is good, but it asks an opinion on many US-specific issues which creates a certain bias. I recommend those interested to take this test as well: The Political Compass. It is more accurate on a general scale and can help temper your results from the first quiz, especially if you don't live in the USA. Thanks to Chigurh for the information on that.
Although we want to be as open as possible, both MichelleHeart and I have expressed a concern in maintaining a good standard of quality. If your blogging is full of poor grammar and unsupported, silly claims, we may deny you admission or remove you from the group by majority vote.
The only thing required of our bloggers is that they link back to this thread, preferably using the banner at the top of the page or the smaller banner/sig at the bottom of the page.

I hope that explains why I consider myself a traditional conservative. I am nowhere near the leftist social libertarians. I'm more of a Ron Paul flavor libertarian, which is classic conservatism at its best. If I'm not, that's where I stand anyway.

I'm more about less social barriers between people and globalization than anything, since it impacts the world most obviously. I'm a pretty firm non-interventionalist and cultural liberal. Not so much hippy as freedom of expression.
