Does anyone know the hacker "STARGIVER?"

Played with him for a bit today and he was so awesome. He did what his name says, gave away stars. He'd get a star in his box and then use a thundercloud to drive around and then when it shrunk him, his free stars would lay around. Then he would wait at the end and let everyone pass him so that he got lost everytime. He was the greatest hacker I have ever seen. All in the Cheep Charger, lol.
