 Each Clan is entitled to one forum thread to represent themselves. If you are needing to make a new thread, then please consult a moderator with a link to both your old thread and their new Thread so that they can act accordingly. This rule also applies to multi-clanning; if you are multi-clanning then please consult a moderator with an explanation as to why you need two threads (EG Sub-clans).
if you have an established Clan (ie A clan which is older than one month) then you are allowed to create a secondary thread, primarily for the use of recruitment or any other secondary clan related business. Once again, if you wish to create a new thread for these purposes consult a moderator as with your main clan thread.
Behaviour
With Clan business, there's bound to be issues that arrive; either from within your own clan, or by other clans due to disagreements. If you are confronted by inappropriate behaviour: EG swearing, threats, lewd conduct, then please consult a moderator with your claim and evidence of your claim. Do not respond in the same manner as the person who is being provocative. The moderators are here to help, however they cannot solve your issues that do not break the rules.
Basic Rules
When you sign up to be with a clan, you are basically agreeing to the leadership principles of that clan. If your clan leader tells you to do something that is related to the clan, then you are, by your agreement, bound to follow it. Naturally if you do not like the conduct of your clan leader then you are entitled to leave your clan. Only if a clan leader is showing unacceptable behaviour should you report them to a moderator - it is not an offence that you disagree with your clan principles.
All other forum rules apply to this forum.
